Parsons Corporation Handover Manager Buildings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Handover Manager, Buildings to join our team! In this role you will get to work on the handover of a fantastic large scale building project with a great team .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handover Planning and Management : Develop and implement comprehensive handover plans for the project, outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines. Manage the complete handover process.

  • Managing a multidisciplinary team to hand over a significant building project

  • Stakeholder management and liaison

  • Oversee the collection, organization, and verification of all project documentation, including completion certificates, as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals.

  • Issue Resolution: Address any deficiencies or outstanding issues identified during inspections, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them and achieve the targeted handover date.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Prefereably Professionally qualified

  • 15 + years of experience

  • Strong knowledge of building handover processes and procedures, with demonstable expereince of the succesfull handover of major building projects

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • An extemely proactive approach
