Oracle Solutions can help customers transform their Business and IT. To accelerate deals across EMEA we seek for technologies senior AI consultant.

The senior AI consultant role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations through Oracle’s Cloud products. In this role you will manage multiple opportunities, cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those deals. You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Technology, Development and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products. You will work with an international team of architects and consultants.

7+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid technology principles and successfully manage AI solutions of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Design and implement cloud architectures and AI models that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

  • Technical Implementation: Oversee the deployment of cloud services and AI applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Data Strategy: Develop data management and analytics strategies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored cloud and AI solutions.

  • Presales: to gather all the customer requirements and ability to write scope of work/proposals

  • Delivery: Working on projects that require professional services and skills.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams on AI technologies.

  • Project Technical Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives, Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Interact with all roles at customer – including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff, and Business representatives for all internal and external reporting.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-technical teams on-shore and off-shore, fostering collaboration and innovation in cloud and AI solutions by managing all technical project resources.

  • Effort Management: Develop and manage deal effort, ensuring required effort effectiveness and resource optimization.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Issue Management: Methodically managing complex business and logistical challenges, develop solution strategies to ensure project success.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track deals, tasks, project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Technology Oversight: Stay current with cloud technologies, emerging technologies, and industry trends, recommending solutions and improvements.

  • Documentation: Ensure all presales proposals and project documentation is maintained and updated, including project plans ‘’mpp’’, status reports, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing and AI consulting or related roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and machine learning.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and AI (e.g., OCI Gen AI, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex presales and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and solution clearly.
