Parsons Corporation Facilities Management Expert (CAFM) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities Management Expert (CAFM) to join our team! In this role you will get to plan and operate one of Riyadh's Mega Projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide SME and experience in CAFM & FM planning and operations to SBF and their teams
Create strategies in cleaning and waste management ensuring all areas of the Sports Boulevard meet world class standards
Work closely with the design teams to capture all FM systems, ensuring life safety systems are in place, tested and commissioned
Integrating all required facility systems, including any non-FM managed systems to ensure they remain operable at all times
Bring examples of best practice in CAFM management and FM to inform boulevard planning and operations
Write, assess and review both internal and third party risk assessments
Manage the CAFM system and respond to issue management requests e.g. equipment breakdown
Lead on the introduction of new technological tools and applications as required to support operational delivery across the division
Support the functional budget and ensure any associated cost are managed in line with the operations division
Use industry recognised planning tools to gather and use data from the design and constructions teams
Support the operational planning and operational readiness programme including support of the development of the C3 structure
Work closely with the relevant stakeholders / handover team to ensure a successful transition of buildings and venues are fit for occupancy
Mentor and support the team and directly assist in their professional development
Contract Management of all FM providers
Work with Operations colleagues to integrate public and staff safety, fire safety, and medical safety provision and provide incident management response when required
Undertake any further activities that support the successful planning and operation of the boulevard as directed by the FM VP
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
The appointed person will have strong negotiating skills, experience in delivering large scale multi venue projects internationally and in the middle east, experience in working with multi key stakeholders
Must have strong landscape project management and delivery skills
Must have strong leaderships skills and experience in leading and managing a multi-cultural workforce
