Parsons Corporation Executive Assistant to Program Director (Saudi National) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Assistant to the Program Director (Saudi national) to join our team on a Mega Construction Project in Riyadh. In this role you will get to perform numerous secretarial and administrative support activities for a senior-level executive. This administrative position requires the incumbent to exercise good judgment and discretion in the execution of all duties and responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Program Director.
Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Support the Director in project management tasks and follow-ups.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Strong written and oral communication (both in English and Arabic), organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
10+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years in an administrative capacity, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Knowledge of Aconex
Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
