Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Manager to join our team! In this role you will provide leadership in the development of the Notice to Proceeds (NTPs) for the Delivery Partner Services for submission and approval to the Client.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepares the Notice to Proceed in conjunction with the Sector Director, Project Control team, Project Recruitment Coordinator, Contracts and Finance Teams.

  • Coordinates with Sector Directors and Senior Project Managers to ensure project scopes and resource requirements are captured accurately.

  • Coordinates with the Recruitment Coordinator and Project Controls to ensure the deployment staff data and billing rate agrees with the PAFs and Rate structure data.

  • Manages the Work Breakdown Codes for Parsons Labor.

  • Tracks and reports on the incurred hours against the budgeted hours on the Approved NTPs.

  • Responsible to provide the financial report status of construction contracts and consultancy agreements that will be issued regularly.

  • Works with the Recruitment Coordinator to develop Staffing Forecasts.

  • Maintains the NTP Trackers, in both Parsons and Clients Format, and issues on a weekly basis.

  • Maintains the NTP Process and Procedure.

  • Develops staffing reports and graphical presentations as required.

  • Serves as part of a functional team and can work independently to complete assignments according to scheduled deadlines.

  • Monitors and reports on the progress any conditions which would affect project cost.

  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Degree educated with minimum 10 years of experience dealing with senior level stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience in Microsoft office and database administration.

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.

  • Ability to follow through & clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.

  • Ability to interact with senior-level management.

  • Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.

  • Must function effectively under time constraints, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Strong Organizational skills
