Job Description:
What You’ll Do
• Compiles, analyzes, summarizes and interprets data to support core Treasury activities, including interest rate, capital and liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, funding and capital markets activities, cash management, and various reporting functions. Identifies and helps to implement technological solutions to automate and enhance these duties. Senior Treasury Analyst
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
• Contributes to high-level reporting functions in Treasury and provides timely updates that allow senior management to manage risks effectively.
• Conducts a wide range of analyses that support all core Treasury activities.
• Takes responsibility for the accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency of data and assumptions used to model balance sheet activities while implementing appropriate controls.
• Assists in the development of key strategic communications to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages regulatory requirements and helps to achieve strategic objectives.
• Learns and develops technology and data analysis skills and aids other Treasury analysts in the same
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management or related
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services
• In Lieu of Education: 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and or Banking/Financial Services

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
