Job Description:

What You’ll Do

The Lead Operations Compliance Information Analyst is responsible for implementing strategies and systems improvements to support business operations. Utilizes data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem solve issues.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

This Lead role will be responsible for the development of numerous business scorecards and ensuring proper reporting and data collection is available in support of the Network Disputes Gap project. In addition, control reporting and ongoing monitoring of all our controls including the RCSA additions being made in 2025. This lead will work with providing information to support the dispute lifecycle and work with Principals and leadership on KRI threshold development. Finally, this candidate will provide data in support of Issue Management Triage to aid Compliance in more accurate risk rating assessments.

How You’ll Do It

  • Identifies opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.

  • Leads performance improvement implementations.

  • Documents processes and process flow. Drives the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.

  • Partners with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines. Ensures operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.

  • Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.

  • Network Gap Analysis Control reports

  • Network Gap Analysis Control reporting development dashboards

  • RCSA Control Adherence reporting as necessary

  • Product Review Data Content integrating Network Gap Information and RCSA control reporting

  • Upper and Lower boundary reporting - Total Product Health by Path throughput to detect with anomalies.

  • Product Dashboard

  • Support triage for Issue Management

  • Executive Compliance Dashboard

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related.

  • 4+ years' Customer service or Financial Services Operations

  • In lieu of Education 6+ years' Customer service or Financial Services Operations

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
