Tax Accountant – 6+ Month Assignment | Onsite in Riverside, RI

Location: Riverside, RI

Job Type: Contract (6+ Months) | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Pay rate:$28/hr

We are seeking a Tax Accountant for a 6+ month onsite assignment in Riverside, RI . The Tax Accountant will be responsible for maintaining tax records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of tax accounting experience and be proficient in tax concepts, practices, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update tax records

  • Prepare local, state, and federal tax returns

  • Compile tax schedules and reports

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

  • Utilize experience and judgment to meet tax accounting objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 4-6 years of experience in tax accounting or a related role

  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, filings, and reporting

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities

Additional Details:

  • This Tax Accountant role requires 40 hours per week

  • Attendance and punctuality are mandatory

  • This is an onsite position in Riverside, RI

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
