About the Anywhere Leads Team:
The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. This position will report into the Director, Leads Insights. The Anywhere Leads Network team is focused on managing and growing our existing enterprise partnerships that deliver a superb home buying and selling experiences to consumers.
Within the Anywhere Leads Network, we recognize that data-driven insights are at the core of our revenue optimization strategy. As the Manager, Leads Insights, you will be a vital member of our dynamic team, responsible for extracting data from complex data applications and delivering insights to internal & external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the organization by providing the critical analysis and reporting necessary for informed decision-making. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded professional with technical expertise who is passionate about leveraging data to drive the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support revenue operations and decision-making. Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting.
Process Improvement: Implement and refine an agile data reporting process. Develop and document application process maps, data flows, and data definitions. Assist in creating new data solutions and tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data to offer actionable recommendations that align with the overall revenue strategy. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and deliver value.
Project Management: Oversee and track data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports. Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Use Confluence to create & maintain detailed documentation, process maps, and data definitions. Use JIRA for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and coordinating with team members effectively.
Transition to Cloud: Support the migration from Legacy systems (e.g MS Access) to cloud-based solutions, enabling a scalable and automated reporting infrastructure.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to gather and integrate data sources for comprehensive analysis.
Data-Driven Culture: Promote and champion a data-driven culture. Continuously challenge the status quo. Provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and reporting as applicable.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, reporting, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets. Bonus points for proven experience developing and implementing ETL pipelines and end-to-end data science modeling workflows in a cloud-based environment.
Technical Skills : Advanced skills in SQL and Python with experience in cloud-based technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Mongo DB, Airflow). Experience using git (or similar) in production data science/analytics setting. Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) required. Bonus points for experience with NoSQL, dbt, Kafka, Docker, and LLMs.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to support business decisions. Experience writing unit tests, anomaly detection, and other data quality assurance best practices.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in a collaborative environment and supporting cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
