Description
Community Based Prevocational Services Specialist is overseen by the Operations Director of Day& Community Services and the Assistant Directors as well as Supervisory Staff of CommunityBased Prevocational Services Program (805).RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:< Responsible to supervise the individuals enrolled in the program to pursue a variety ofvolunteer opportunities. Assisting the individuals while engaging in community volunteeractivities.< Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community partners at volunteersites providing participants with opportunities to gain vocational skills.< Carry out the daily/weekly schedule including transportation for the program participants< Maintain ongoing training as per OPWDD Regulations in both Rise trainings and OPWDDEleversity training specific to support employment activities.programming.(Precision Care)each program day to prevocational activities.outcomes as outlined in their Life Plans.State Laws.
Qualifications
