We are seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the production, installation, and repair of electrical equipment in a specialty tape manufacturing setting. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, reading blueprints, and performing preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in applied science or a related technical field, or 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. work hours: 10 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment during the 3rd shift.

• Diagnose issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve the efficiency of machinery and production lines.

• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and schedules to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, adhering to compliance and safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate repair needs, document work, and maintain a safe working environment during off-hours.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
