Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator - 3rd Shift in Ripon, Wisconsin

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Ripon, Wisconsin to find an experienced and reliable Machine Operator.

Pay: $16-$17/hr (may consider increased pay for highly qualified candidates)

Shift: Sun- Thurs 8pm-6am

Training on 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6am-4pm

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate molding machine and accessories to make molds

  • Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean work area at the end of each shift

  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

  • All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.

Physical Environment/Working Conditions:

  • Bending, crouching, stooping, balancing, hearing climbing, standing, walking, reaching, lifting, & feeling for long periods of time throughout the day.

  • Vision (far and near)

  • Lifting 1-50 lbs.

  • Carrying 1-35 lbs.

Hazards Exposure:

  • Exposure to mechanical hazards, gases, fumes, dust, and heat.

Equipment and Machinery Used:

  • Hammers, hooks, wrenches, screwdrivers, various small hand tools, etc.

  • Shovels, brooms

  • Molding machine

  • Metatarsal guard kick-off boots

  • Hearing & eye protection

  • Respirator

  • Electric hoist

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
