Job Title: Factory Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Join our team as a Maintenance Technician on the day shift, where you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of production equipment in a manufacturing facility.

• Your role will include both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks, focusing on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

• This position is based in a 24/7 manufacturing plant with an industrial setting featuring loud machinery and humid conditions.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Work Schedule

• Initially, training will occur on the day shift, but there is a probable assignment to a 12-hour schedule (7 am – 7 am) rotating.

• The schedule involves working every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with a 2, 2, 3 rotation that changes the following week.

Pay is $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr depends on experience
