Scope of Job
Assist AVE Frontera family leaders with the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of FCP at STC .
Provide guidance on FCP projects for students in person and/or using social media platforms.
Participate in planning meetings with lead team and AVE Frontera.
Provide support to AVE Frontera family leaders during classroom visits.
Assist the lead team members during data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
Provide support to AVE Frontera with planning, organizing, and implementation of community events and at UTRGV and/or STC .
Assist the lead team on the design, implementation, and evaluation of faculty training activities.
Provide mentorship opportunities to STC students in person and/or social media platforms.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM -related field
Quantitative and Qualitative research and analysis
