Our opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying processes suitable for automation, analyzing current workflows, and recommending effective automation strategies. Your strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping tools, such as process discovery or process mining, will be essential. You will work closely with various business units to thoroughly understand their processes and drive improvements.

Location: Brazil (Rio de Janeiro preferred)

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

• Identifying and prioritize opportunities for automation within business workflows

• Creating detailed process maps to visualize and document current and future state processes

• Recommending process improvements and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate and refine process maps and improvement recommendations

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in automation process analysis in a specific industry or domain with a deep understanding of its challenges. Oil & Gas industry strongly preferred

• Stakeholder management experience, including recommendations and process validation

• Proficient in using process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart

You excel in these key competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling the identification of inefficiencies and areas for improvement in business processes

• Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation within business workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders effectively, validating and refining process maps and improvement recommendations

• Ability to recommend process improvements and automation strategies based on thorough analysis, enhancing overall business efficiency and effectiveness
