Job Title: Facilities Maintenance/Production Technician

Job Description

The Facilities Tech supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. This role involves performing inspections and repairs to both interior and exterior areas of assigned property, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. Additionally, the Facilities Tech ensures critical infrastructure such as HVAC, generator, and fire suppression systems are maintained.

Pay: $20+/hr. Depending on Experience

Shift: Night Shift from 6p-6a

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical

• 2+ years of experience in the operation and maintenance of a large-scale utility plant including boilers, reverse osmosis units, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generators, and electrical power distribution

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ringgold, Virginia.

Work Environment

Indoor Warehouse. Climate controlled
