Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced electrical systems designed for military applications. This position requires strong Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and hands-on experience with testing and diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test electrical systems and components to ensure they meet specified performance criteria.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve system performance and reliability.

• Document test procedures, results, and any modifications made during the testing process.

• Ensure compliance with military standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting, preferably in a military or aerospace environment.

• Proficiency with testing and diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully on-site position located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

• Flexible working hours with the benefit of having every other Friday off during the summer.
