This role is a hybrid role requiring working four days in the office. Monday- Thursday preferably in locations listed on requisition.

Coordinate, oversee and provide input to business testing efforts that have been deemed necessary in order to fully validate a technical or process change that impacts the Mortgage line of business. Create and document test plans, execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the lens of business end users. Work closely and collaboratively with both Mortgage business partners and with the Mortgage technical delivery teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide support and work closely with line of business (LOB) and other enterprise stakeholders to accomplish ultimate goal of delivering a high-quality product that will support the goals and objectives of Truist Mortgage.

  2. Execute exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing, as needed, to satisfy test objectives.

  3. Support more than one Agile team to create test plans and test cases, along with maintaining thorough documentation of test results.

  4. Knowledge of assigned business, software and host systems and other related systems, such as third-party vendors.

  5. Gather and reporting test metrics across more than one team.

  6. Lead planning discussions, stand ups, take decisive action and work cohesively as a key member of the scrum team.

  7. Influence and validate delivery throughout Agile sprints.

  8. Understand processes and system functionality/capability for assigned area of focus.

  9. Review, interpret, analyze, edit and contribute to understanding business requirements in order to prepare comprehensive UAT testing efforts (e.g. plans, cases, scripts).

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of three years of testing or equivalent work related experience.

  2. Understand systems and data.

  3. Possess knowledge of testing tools.

  4. Experience Prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.

  5. Strong analytical, organizational, planning and time management skills

  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  7. Ability to understand complex business process with multiple variables, and to communicate and share knowledge with teammates in an effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors' degree in computer science or related field Testing experience within the financial services or mortgage industry.

  2. Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management tool.

  3. Certified SAFe(r) Agilist or other relevant qualifications.
