Insight Global Scanning Assistant in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Scanning Assistant to support TRAK America. In this role, individuals will be responsible for imaging approximately 100-150 affidavits and other legal documents. They'll also handle mailing via FedEx, assist with front desk duties (such as logging people in and out), maintain mail logs, prioritize rush affidavits, escalate procedure changes to management, notate account-level issues, retrieve media documentation from client portals, shred documents when necessary, and print materials for mailing to clients. Additionally, they'll take on any other assigned tasks.

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience scanning documents, electronic filing, processing document, data entry, or customer service, etc. Quality Assurance - OCR (optical character recognition) experience.

Associates Degree

Scanning experience null
