REMOTE

Supporting the Federal and State, Local and Education (SLED) business team by assisting and or performing pre- and post-contract award activities to include assessment of direct and indirect contract solicitations and Statements of Work for contractual, operational and compliance obligations in order to mitigate Iron Mountain’s risk.

  • . Supporting and or performing the Administration of Public Sector prime/subcontracts and modifications, including post-contract award analyses of contract requirements, contract changes, support of contract performance questions and issues, pricing compliance oversight, and reporting under SLED buying vehicles.

  • . Reviewing and completing Vendor Certification forms (Reps & Certs) for Public Sector customers and for other Iron Mountain business unit’s representations and certifications.

  • Reviewing, negotiating and processing orders/task orders, annual awards and modifications.

  • Supporting Federal Service Contract Act and SLED prevailing wage compliance, including appropriate subcontractor flow down provisions, and administering processes for compliance with subcontract small business and diversity requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Uncompromising integrity and dependability.

  • Bachelors Degree Required

  • 1-3 years Business Experience

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, particularly as it relates to adhering to contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements and company policy.

  • Experience with federal commercial item (FAR Part 12) and GSA Federal Supply Schedules is preferred.

  • Proven ability in working independently and with a team, and applying independent judgment and creativity to the resolution of contract and compliance issues.

  • Strong presentation, collaboration and team-building skills.

  • Ability to learn and effectively operate a contract repository database and automated workflow.

  • Self-directed with strong process and time management skills.

  • Good internal and external negotiation skills.Excellent Microsoft Word skills, and proficiency in use of PowerPoint, Excel and knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
