Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform preventative maintenance on production equipment in line with developed standards.

• You will be responsible for reporting the status of repairs and work orders using the Maintenance Management System (MMS).

• Your role involves troubleshooting, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment, utilizing your knowledge in industrial mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Equipment/components can include presses, punches, bearings, shafts, etc.

• You will participate in daily team meetings to prioritize and review work schedules and operate production equipment for troubleshooting and testing purposes.

• Collaboration with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and representatives to maintain and repair equipment is expected.

• Adherence to company policies and maintenance of work space, equipment, and tools to company standards is required.

• You will also handle other maintenance, project, and support tasks as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sandston, Virginia.

Work Environment

Climate controlled manufacturing facilitly. The environment is very well lit, clean, and organized. Requires being able to work in a fast paced setting. This position is on 3rd shift.
