Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Recruiting Scheduling Coordinator job opportunity located in Richmond, VA 23238 zip code!

Pay rate: $ 19.20/HR

Shift: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (Mon & Fri Remote, Tues – Thurs Onsite)

Length: 6 months

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the scheduling logistics of executive dates and interviewers across the Client enterprise.

  • Provide recruiting support services to a recruiting group consisting of 3-5 recruiters and researchers.

  • Proven ability to deliver work product with impeccable attention to detail and minimal errors (i.e. dates, times, names, etc.)

  • Serve as primary scheduling contact for external candidates and internal recruiting clients.

  • Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiting clients and executive/administrative professionals.

  • Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner.

  • Serve as Zoom facilitator as interviews begin, proficient in Zoom troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience data entry, administrative support or customer service experience

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Proven adaptability to new technologies

  • Superior organization, prioritization, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently using process maps and detailed resources

Pay Details: $19.20 per hour
