Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician
Job Description
Responsible for complete mechanical and electrical assembly of units from start to finish using a variety of hand/power tools. Requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as knowledge of computers (Excel, PC knowledge, and data entry). Reading schematics, wire diagrams, and service manuals to build units. Must be able to layout and build control panels (PLC, drives - not programming). Assemble conveyors, install motors, and build panel boards. Must be willing to do simple basic repetitive tasks as well as high-level assembly (including troubleshooting and repairing components). Will also help with other random tasks around the facility (warehouse, packaging, etc.). Installation of wiring, electric components (terminals, jump fuses) and panels (most important).
