Adecco US, Inc. Controls Testing Process Manager Sr in Richmond, Virginia
Adecco is excited to be recruiting for Sr. Process Managers to join our client’s team in Richmond, Virginia . This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office.
Compensation: $50.00 per hour
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Legal Risk Office and core legal risk management activities, helping to ensure that processes are well-managed and continuously improved. You’ll also play an integral role in assessing and mitigating risk across the department.
Your responsibilities will span multiple aspects of Legal’s risk management agenda, including managing quality assurance and control testing activities, developing and maintaining core documentation, facilitating discussions, and overseeing reporting efforts that inform governance and decision-making.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with both departmental and broader company strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing risk office programs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and requirements
Coordinating with teams across the department and enterprise to meet risk management-related deliverables
Conducting quality assurance and control testing to ensure processes meet risk management objectives
Identifying and implementing process improvements within the Risk Office and the broader Legal department
Owning and maintaining communication and documentation, including process artifacts and other critical documentation
Creating and improving reporting systems that track risk levels, program effectiveness, and other key performance indicators
Preparing and delivering presentations and reports on risk management topics
Managing multiple tasks with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, risk management, or a similar field
Relevant certifications in risk, process, or program management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with ease

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
