Job Title: Construction Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Construction Admin to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience managing various office tasks. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including answering phone calls and emails, starting jobs, and managing schedules.

• Organize and manage both physical and digital documents, including filing, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations.

• Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Act as a liaison between management and service employees, ensuring clear communication and correspondence.

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Experience with Microsoft Suite.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Admin.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration.

• Project coordination skills.

• Customer service experience.

Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment in Richmond, VA, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
