Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator

Job Description

Cherry Picker Operators are responsible for pulling orders for an electrical wiring distributor. Duties include maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, following all company safety procedures, and operating all warehouse equipment. Operators perform daily safety inspections prior to first use, receive incoming material in accordance with WMS processes, accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and prepare orders for shipping. Additionally, operators accurately select, check, and pack UPS orders following designated WMS processes for packing, weighing, manifesting, palletizing, and loading.

Work Environment

Traditional warehouse environment. May be some exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes. Safety shoes are required. Safety goggles and gloves may also be required. Ability to lift 70 pounds and to walk and move freely and use material handling equipment.

Shift

12pm - 9pm, Monday - Friday
