Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a business analyst to support a new initiative our client is rolling out. This person will be working with scrum teams, developers, QA, etc. to gather requirements. Documentation, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will all be prioritized in this role. The pay range for this position is $45 - $55/hour depending on your experience.

Skills and Requirements

• experience working in a business analyst role for at least 3 years (preferably 5)

• hands on experience gathering requirements and using JIRA/Confluence or the like for documentation

• ability to slow down stakeholders to explain where the gaps are

• ability to connect to stakeholders and build a strong working relationship - experience in the financial services industry

• experience in the education industry null
