Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Richmond, Virginia. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will take on a vital role in our company's financial operations, focusing on processing accounts receivable, providing billing support, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage and update customer credit records

• Handle cash activities with precision and responsibility

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to process customer credit applications

• Provide comprehensive support for billing functions

• Use CRM and Epic Software for data entry tasks

• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in managing accounts receivable

• Send collections letters as necessary to maintain cash flow

• Leverage your knowledge of accounting functions in daily operations

• Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer inquiries. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Experience with Cash Activity

• Skills in Cash Handling
