Job Title: Receiving Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Clerk for our 1st shift. The ideal candidate will manage incoming deliveries, verify product quantities, and maintain accurate records using ERP systems. This role requires physical activity, including operating forklifts and handling inventory discrepancies, in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse.
Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and products in a timely manner.
Contact freight companies to schedule pickups through phone or digital portals.
Receive, sort, label packages, and put them away in the warehouse.
Consolidate inventory within the warehouse.
Perform spot and cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
Execute quality checks and inspections as needed.
Maintain clean organization of goods, paperwork, and work area.
Essential Skills
Experience with both shipping and receiving functions.
Proficiency in using ERP systems to check in shipments and track inventory.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform inventory counts and troubleshoot problems.
Capability to investigate inventory discrepancies.
Experience operating stand-up forklifts (training available for those with sit-down experience).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Computer or WMS experience.
Experience with RF scanners.
Proficiency with inventory control systems.
Knowledge of SAP and FedEx systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
