JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative/clerical service and support to department in the COURTS DIVISION. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with maintaining files, data entry, scans and copies documents as needed. Provides professional and courteous assistance to both internal and external customers. Receives and distributes correspondence for the department. Collects mail, transports documents to other offices. Provides general support and assistance to the staff. Maintains confidentiality and security of documents and data. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma/GED. 1 year job related experience. Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials. Valid Texas Driver License and transportation required to transport documents to other offices. SALARY: $15.00 per hour, 29 hours per week All full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS).
