As such, | | you may be called on to participate in an event not limited to but | | including, staffing a shelter, a Specimen Point of Collection Site | | (SPOC) and/or Point of Dispensing site (POD). When you are called on | | to participate, you are expected and it will be a part of your job | | requirement to participate, whether the emergency occurs during or | | outside regular work hours. | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Job Responsibilities: | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Manages and supervises assigned staff to include performance | | management, clinic staffing, etc | | 2. Assess and evaluate client care, clinic flow and staff efficiency | | in effort to maximize revenue while providing quality client care | | 3. Consults and coordinates wit health care team members to assess, | | plan, implement and evaluate client care plans | | 4. Observes nurses and to ensure that proper nursing care is | | provided | | 1. Directs and supervises program plans for the | | client/population-based nursing services of a county health | | department. | | 2. Monitors and evaluates nursing and other clinical programs for the | | county. | | 6. Participates in the development and administration of budgets. | | 8.
