Job Title: Project Manager - Temporary Position

Job Description

This is a 6-month temporary position to help manage a $20 million expansion project. The role involves bridging the gap between internal management (Project Engineer, EHS Manager) and contractors on-site. You will assist with scheduling contractors, typically managing around 10 contractors on-site per day, and ensuring all safety rules and guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling contractors and manage their daily activities.

• Manage the project's budget.

• Assist with the planning and installation of new machinery.

• Ensure all contractors follow safety rules and guidelines.

• Utilize SAP for work orders.

• Responsible for resource allocation and scheduling.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient ERP experience, preferably SAP-PM.

• Experience managing capital improvement and expansion projects with a $20 million budget.

• Experience working with outside contractors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
