ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for a Work Control Planner located in Richland, WA.
The hourly rate range for this position is $50-$75 per hour (plus full benefits). This position is initially expected to be a sixth month assignment, with the potential for extension.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK -- SPECIFIC

Under minimal supervision, this position will:
- Analyze planning processes for efficiency and make recommendations to management.
- Prepare and/or verify accuracy of work orders and work activity schedules.
- Prepare, track, and control work orders required to accomplish assigned activities.
- Review and analyze work documents for proper classification, priority, and description.
- Prepare work documents in accordance with work control processes. Incorporate input from engineering and field work supervision regarding estimates of man hours, materials, and manpower needed for completion of job.
- Support and track material requisition.
- Act as subject matter expert in areas of specialization such as asbestos planner.
- Develop work orders for complex and high-risk work activities.
Conduct planning meetings and provides planning status to project schedules.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related technical field (Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar) and 8 years of practical work experience in maintenance, construction, work planning, or related area, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Knowledge of operational, maintenance work activities, and maintenance planning required.
- Maintenance or construction craft experience, or Field Work Supervision experience highly desirable.
Experience in planning work for High Radiation Area / High Contamination Area / Airborne Radioactivity Area (HRA/HCA/ARA).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related technical field (Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar) and 10 years of practical work experience in maintenance, construction, work planning, or related area, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Knowledge of planning at Hanford, national laboratory, or at a Category 3 Nuclear Facility is desired.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and prioritize multiple activities.
- Experience with the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Work Order Review and Approval (WORA) Computer Management Systems.
- Experience in Joint Review Group or similar (e.g., Hazard Review Board (HRB)) reviews.
Proficient in Microsoft Word.
