- Job #7935 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Support Specialist will work independently on moderate to complex tasks, utilizing strong technical and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include managing the department's SharePoint site, tracking project files, and ensuring Teams and SharePoint are current. This role requires independent decision-making and effective communication with all levels of management. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $26.08 - $49.96 Benefits:

- Perform under limited supervision with appropriate discretion and judgment.
- Assist Project Manager(s) in developing and maintaining project SharePoint sites for accurate records retention.
- Communicate with site users in person, via email, and phone to identify needs and access to the site(s).
- Upload, publish, and archive documents in the appropriate SharePoint locations.
- Maintain and organize project documents, including actions and statuses on SharePoint.
- Provide user training to project staff and others as needed.
- Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups.
- Support Project Managers with project closeout procedures, including document duplication, scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving.
- Assist with onboarding for new department and contract employees, including processing paperwork and scheduling training.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Excel, Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Incorporate processes and procedures that support project startup and closeout phases.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Support the biennial refueling outage as designated. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in applied management, business, or project management and 2 or more years of advanced administrative or technical experience
- OR Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a management, technical, or science related field and at least 4 years of advanced administrative or technical experience
- OR High School diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience advanced administrative or technical experience.
- Commercial nuclear experience required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills at all levels, with the ability to recognize appropriate methods based on the audience.
- Keen interpersonal skills and the ability to function as part of a team, promoting teamwork throughout the organization.
- Proficiency in standard software and information systems, including Teams, SharePoint, and Asset Suite.
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish goals, set priorities, and understand interrelationships among activities.
- Ability to perform moderately complex detailed tasks with minimal assistance or guidance.
