- Job #7960 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This In-Processing Coordinator position will oversee the in-processing program, providing training, oversight, and support to all site organizations and contractors. The role includes performing various administrative and technical tasks as needed, along with supporting Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization processes. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $20.09 - $25.34 Benefits:

- Lead and manage the in-processing program, ensuring effective training, oversight, and support for all site organizations and affected contractor organizations.
- Perform a variety of administrative and technical tasks to meet job requirements, adapting to the needs of specific assignments.
- Provide necessary administrative support for Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Design and implement training materials and sessions to facilitate effective in-processing for all personnel.
- Work closely with site and contractor organizations to identify needs, address concerns, and enhance overall program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to in-processing activities and report on progress and challenges as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the in-processing program and recommend enhancements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging.
- OR an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging.
- OR a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data effectively.
- Experience working with the Security Screening Information System database.
- Ability to work with the Ready2Work software application.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Familiarity with in-processing individuals, scheduling, and coordinating training and badging requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external departments and contractors.
- Adaptable and flexible to respond effectively to changing conditions and demands.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and establish a time sequence of activities.
- Resourceful and innovative, with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn company policies and applicable state and federal laws related to nuclear power plants.
