Description Clinical Program Coordinator RN - RISK MANAGEMENT, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Risk/Patient Safety, oversees ongoing activities including identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and mitigating incidents and unanticipated events that have the potential to jeopardize the delivery of safe patient care and services. Assists in developing and coordinating programs and interventions that support a safe environment for patients of Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Through proactive risk assessment, event investigation, medical record review, and data analysis, the Clinical Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Shift: 1 FTE, Full-Time, Day shift Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Science of Nursing or higher from an Accredited educational institution, or Bachelor's in Science of Nursing or higher in progress. If Bachelor's in Science of Nursing or higher is in progress, must be completed within three years from date of hire into the position. Or Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years of Risk Management experience or clinical nursing experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting.
