We are seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Richland, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for account reconciliation, coding invoices, and executing check runs. Your role will also involve efficient data entry and invoice processing. This position offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices through data entry

• Execute check runs and manage accounts payable (AP)

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records

• Code invoices with precision and attention to detail

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks

• Respond to and resolve any issues related to invoice processing

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficient in conducting check runs

• Experience in coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Proven ability in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
