Organization & Position Summary: The Arc Minnesota promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, actively supporting them and their families in a lifetime of full inclusion and participation in their communities. The Controller will manage and oversee the overall financial operations of The Arc Minnesota, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements. This includes leadership responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and the management of the organization's financial and accounting policies. Additionally, this position will: Enhance internal controls Manage government contracts and grants Support organizational strategy with actionable financial insights Oversee IT systems pertinent to financial operations Consistently demonstrate and model the Arc Minnesota values of: Human and Civil Rights, Self-Advocacy and Self Direction, Equity and Belonging, and Disability and Racial Justice.
