About This Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer at Innovative Supply Solutions, you will collaborate with our Lead Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our ISS Nexus platform. You will work closely with our UX design team, leadership, and other software engineers to design, develop, and maintain complex web applications that streamline clinical trial management. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about software development and eager to drive innovation in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of clinical trials for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and therapeutics industries.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and test new features and applications of our key product, Nexus
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, including AI integration, and industry trends to continuously enhance our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address user requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Will be involved in building our Development Team as the Company grows.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience (7+ years)

``` - Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap. - Strong proficiency with back-end technologies such as Python (preferred), Django (preferred), SQL (preferred) or similar.  Ideally 5 or more years experience. - In-depth knowledge of databases and experience with database management systems like MySQL (preferred), PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Advanced understanding of RESTful APIs and web services and system integrations. - Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with AI technologies and their applications in software development is highly desirable.

You Might Also Have (Nice to Have)

• Experience in leading full stack development projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred) and Azure.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge or experience with AI technologies and their applications in software development.
