Insight Global is looking for an equipment technician to join a leading semiconductor client in Richardson, TX. Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment. We are hiring an entry to senior-level technician to support plasma etch and CVD equipment. This position is for compressed work week night shift, 6:00pm to 6:10am Mon, Tues, Wed, every other Sat.

Skills and Requirements

• Two years associate technical degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering or military electronics training equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry

• Must be willing to work nights or days on a compressed workweek schedule Prior experience on the following toolsets are preferred, but not required: Applied Materials Centura DTM; Lam Alliance Metal and Oxide etch; Lam 2300 Kiyo; Lam Sequel CVD; Lam Vector CVD; Mattson Aspen II Ash; SPTS Etch/CVD. null
