Actalent Construction Project Manager in Richardson, Texas

Description:

Responsibilities Establish project budgets, prepare proposals, and develop and maintain client relationships. Develop and maintain project resource plans. Develop project execution plans including definition of scope, schedule, communication tools, software tools, deliverable distribution lists. Collaborate with regional quality manager in the development project specific quality plans. Properly identify and assess project risks and escalate to senior leadership as appropriate. Other duties as assigned Skills And Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field preferred with 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience. Direct experience in similar position supporting semiconductor basebuild construction strongly preferred. Proven track record in managing all phases of a project from feasibility thru procurement, execution and commissioning. Proven track record in multi discipline coordination and management. Able to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize key activities and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
