Eaton Corporation Warehouse Supervisor in Reynosa, Mexico
Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.
What you’ll do:
Job summary
Responsible for receiving, Shipping and Logistics, Warehouse and materials management keeping and distribution materials according to RFP requirements while preserving the integrity of the materials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Execute and follow up the raw material issuances to the shop floor according to the production plan with the aim to meet OTD, Sales and Past due goals.
Ensure workload balancing between warehouse staff and report productivity.
Ensure the complete execution of the flow material documented procedure by the staff of the area. (REF DOC). Keeping the correct entry to the MFGPRO system for the correct location in the warehouse.
Supervise the personnel in the warehouse, receiving and Shipping area.
Support to the physical inventory as required.
Ensure the execution of the Material Handling documented procedures (REF DOC)
Ensure warehouse areas complies with all requirements for Chemical substances when applies. [MSDS/HAZMAT]
Oversee the activities for the forklift drivers, pallet jacks, material handlers from the warehouse area.
Ensure the physical files for cycle counts/root cause analysis sheet, scrap tickets and obsoletes (when apply) are correctly ordered in a systematic and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's degree required
Years and area of experience required
3 to 5 years' experience /
3 years of experience as Supervisor in Receiving, Shipping & Warehousing area in the manufacturing industry sector (Desirable)
Bilingual English/Spanish
Technical knowledge
Intermediate-Advanced in Excel, able to develop spread sheets, Minitab
Experience in the forklift safety and maintenance,
Experience Coordinating Physical Inventory
Experience in Managing, Developing and Coaching People
