Basic Knowledge Required:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering

• MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) required.

• Advanced English, able to maintain a technical conversation.

• Communication in English/Spanish to all levels in the organization.

• Self-motivated to the change and encourage the CFT to the change as well.

• Plan, execution and control of projects.

• Focus on safety and environmental care.

• Visual control knowledge, identify opportunities.

• Lean manufacturing tools and techniques knowledge.

• Cycle time samples measurement.

  Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience performing functions in the areas of engineering or manufacturing in the automotive industry, making layout changes using AutoCAD, times and movements analysis.

• Implementation of lean manufacturing tools in the automotive industry.

• Headcount calculations based on monthly and annual volume, 5-year projection.
