This role supports visual communication for US/Canada store operations including daily communication of visual/promotional changes to support the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all visual/theme communication to the field through Zipline, owning all entry and approval process; including but not limited to:

• Daily Visual Updates, including creating/managing tasks for Operational Updates based on Store Operations needs and field feedback

• Floorset Prep Checklists (1 per month) focusing on theme strategy, prep, execution and selling support needs to tell the brand story

• Creates Zipline Library for all BOC store types and manages upload process for stores resources (prep documents, magazines, etc)

• Influences timing for all theme materials (floor plans, magazines, TTBS updates, etc)

• Partners with Visual Ops for US & Canada (including clearance, merchants, visual comm), Inventory Management, Omni and Central Planning and communicates Start of Theme/Store of Promotions direction for stores

• Owns work related to critical stores’ initiatives larger scope workstreams, working cross-functionally with Win at Holiday task force partner and as the liaison to provide visual/promotional communication to the field through Zipline

• Handles email correspondence and feedback from leaders/regional inboxes to quickly resolve concerns and provide solutions to all visual resources needs

• Leverages qualitative (Zipline message/task usage, customer acceptance, field feedback) and quantitative (hours spent) data to improve existing process and provides recommendations for future evolution of the Zipline to streamline communication to the field

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in communication, leading short and long-term competing projects

• Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional groups with a field filter

• Ability to work with pace & agility, flexible in the moment based on business decisions

• Proficient writing and proofreading skills, communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Zipline and XC Commerce experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating excellent time management

• Demonstrated track record in new concept development and process improvement

• Retail background, store selling, and operations experience preferred

• Ability to travel for store visits

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
