Full-Time Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Starting Range $19-$21 an hour
Jones Schlater Flooring is a commercial flooring company in the Central Ohio area serving customers since 2002 driven by quality, service and profitability.
Project Administrator will oversee the purchasing of flooring material for our jobs; ensure materials are on-site when needed, work with all teams to meet the requirements of job-related deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase flooring material as required for jobs; enter invoices into company software
- Work with estimating team on new projects/jobs won and assist with the details
- Work with the warehouse team on proper labeling of material prepared for the job
- Help to ensure projects and project folders are organized and moving forward from beginning of project to final billing
Candidate Requirements:
- Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently and/or with team
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Some years of relevant work experience
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
