As an OCM Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management team supporting the implementation of technology and business changes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and planning skills, expertise in OCM activities, and experience in developing communication strategies and plans.
Job Title: OCM Lead
Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio
Pay Range: $83hr
What's the Job?
Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy
Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan and curriculum
Develop master training delivery schedule
Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify organizational impacts
Plan, develop, and deliver project stakeholder communication
What's Needed?
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience working with OCM communication tools and techniques
Enterprise level experience, ideally in retail/ecommerce
Strong project management and planning skills
Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology, or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise
Experience with design and development of Communication Strategies, Plans, templates, delivery, and Materials
