Job Description

In the coming year, The client will implement an updated enterprise solution system. As an IT ERP Workstream Lead, you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert, participate in design sessions and system configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different locations of the client. You will participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the clients locations.

After the implementation, the Workstream Lead will support the business with change requests, provide training and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.

* Knowledge and experience with IT enterprise systems

* Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Design Management (PDM) systems

* Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated and improved

* Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability

* Ability to lead and problem solve

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail and follow through

* Understanding of how changes will impact the end user(s)

* Ability to work independently within a matrixed organization / with vendors / an international environment

* Ability to professionally handle multiple tasks / changing priorities

* Excellent analytical skills / ability to make decisions based on data

Pay rate range: 35/hr-50/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred, Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field (only required if no professional experience for recent grads)

*  Use of or implementation experience of any MRP or ERP IT Systems.

* EX: Syteline/SAP/JD Edwards/Dynamics 365/QAD

* If not a recent grad, 2+ years of professional experience within Business Processes -- within IT/IS/Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Logistics

* Strong communication and presentation skills * EDI Experience/knowledge

* CPIM Certified

* PMP null
