Digital Traffic Specialist

Pay Rate: 23.93

Duration: 4 months, potential for extension

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

MUST HAVE’S:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion

  • Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team

  • Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned

  • Track and document action items for accurate deliverables

  • Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration

  • Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment

  • Regularly attend and participate in process meetings

  • Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners

  • Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns

  • Support department leadership with special projects as required

Background on the Team:

This position falls under our Marketing Department, especially on the Marketing Operations team. We work very closely with Creative, Merchants and Business operations.

What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload?

Assisting the Campaign Specialist with managing timelines, calendars, distributing agendas/notes, routing campaign cross functionally for review, processing projects in Workfront, building campaign decks
