Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. This position is a third shift position, with hours from 10pm-6am, Monday-Friday.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
