Overview
SOSi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Reston, VA. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for handling the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned program hires. The ideal candidate will have prior exotic language recruiting experience and a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This is a unique type of recruitment, and will require creative and innovative ways to identify resources.
Essential Job Duties
Recruit language interpreter services from qualified interpreters to fulfill the customer’s operational requirements as stated in work orders and task orders supporting the prime contract
Completes all activities within the Order-to-Fulfill (O2F) business process
Utilizes multiple program databases as part of the O2F process; updates information pursuant to work order rates, terms and conditions
Communicates with multiple internal (program, corporate) and external (customer, interpreters) stakeholders to identify requirements and allocate appropriate resources
Uses initiative and judgment within established guidelines to ensure work orders are fulfilled at best value
Participate in regular networking events.
Willingness to travel.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in Foreign Language/Interpreter/Translation Recruiting.
Bi-lingual, Spanish and English languages.
Large scale program support experience.
Proven ability to source exotic language interpreters.
Provide proactive solutions for pipelining resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Access
Work Environment
Remote/ability to work from home.
Occasional office visits.
Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Anticipate periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
